About the Role

We are hiring Regional Reefer Drivers with a clear mission: prioritize productivity, not seniority. At Decker, your hard work and availability—not your tenure—determine your success. This role is designed for motivated drivers ready to maximize their miles and earnings. You will operate late-model tractors and 53ft trailers carrying 100% no-touch freight, with 30% drop and hook opportunities.

Day in the Life

As a Regional Reefer Driver, you can expect a schedule that balances productivity with home time: typically out for 11 days and home for 3 days (weekends not guaranteed). You will have access to top-of-the-line equipment featuring cab amenities such as an APU, inverter, fridge, microwave, smart TV, satellite, free Wi-Fi, and CB radio. Our 24/7 Operations & Maintenance Support ensures you can always sit down face-to-face with local leadership and shop support on-site whenever needed.
