About the Role
We are hiring Regional Reefer Drivers with a clear mission: prioritize productivity, not seniority. At Decker, your hard work and availability—not your tenure—determine your success. This role is designed for motivated drivers ready to maximize their miles and earnings. You will operate late-model tractors and 53ft trailers with 100% no-touch freight and a 30% drop-and-hook ratio.
Our culture offers a unique work-life balance with a schedule of 11 days out and 3 days home (weekends not guaranteed). Drivers benefit from 24/7 Operations & Maintenance Support, including the ability to sit down face-to-face with local leadership and shop support on-site whenever needed. The cab is equipped with modern amenities including an APU, inverter, fridge, microwave, smart TV, satellite, free Wi-Fi, and a CB radio.
