We offer a $1,400 weekly guarantee with the opportunity to easily out-earn it through practical miles and performance bonuses. Our compensation structure includes a $750 quarterly safety and performance bonus, $80/day per diem, extended delivery and layover pay, and immediate detention pay on all loads. We also provide paid orientation time, 8 paid holidays (including your birthday), and breakdown pay.
Our Equipment
Drivers operate 2023 and newer Freightliners and Kenworths equipped with APUs, inverters, and refrigerators. Every truck includes free SiriusXM entertainment.
Hiring Process
We arrange and pay for your travel to orientation. To apply, you must meet the following criteria: hold a CDL-A for at least 12 months, be at least 21 years old, have no major MVR or CSA violations in the last 3 years, no DUI/DWI convictions in the past 5 years, and pass a FMCSA DOT pre-employment drug screen.
