We offer a $1,400 weekly guarantee with the potential to easily out-earn it through practical miles. Our compensation structure includes a $750 quarterly safety and performance bonus, $80/day per diem, extended delivery and layover pay, and immediate detention pay on all loads. We also provide 8 paid holidays, including your birthday, and paid orientation time.
Our Equipment
Drivers operate 2023 and newer Freightliners and Kenworths equipped with APUs, inverters, and refrigerators. Every truck features free SiriusXM to keep you connected on the road.
Hiring Process
We arrange and pay to get you to orientation. Once you arrive, you will undergo a FMCSA DOT pre-employment drug screen. Successful candidates must have a clean MVR and CSA record within the last 3 years, no DUI/DWI convictions in the past 5 years, and at least 12 months of CDL-A experience.
