About the Role
As an OTR Reefer Driver, you will join a team where consistent freight and strong support keep you on the road and on track to hit your goals. You will drive late-model tractors and 53ft trailers handling 100% no-touch freight, with 30% drop and hook opportunities. This role is designed for drivers who want to earn top pay while building a career with a carrier that values their output.
Drivers benefit from 24/7 Operations & Maintenance Support. When needed, you can always sit down face-to-face with local leadership and shop support on-site. The role offers a schedule of being out 2-3 weeks at a time, allowing for a balanced lifestyle while maintaining high productivity.
