About the Role
As an OTR Reefer Driver, you will join a carrier that values your output and keeps you earning. You will operate late-model tractors and 53ft trailers handling 100% no-touch freight, with 30% drop and hook opportunities. The role is designed for drivers who want to build a career where top-of-the-line equipment and a focus on safety and support are standard. Drivers can expect to be out 2-3 weeks at a time, with the flexibility to sit down face-to-face with local leadership and shop support on-site whenever needed.
