The Experience

You will operate 2023 and newer Freightliners and Kenworths equipped with APUs, inverters, and refrigerators, all featuring free SiriusXM. The role involves transporting refrigerated freight across regional and national lanes, requiring you to monitor reefer temperatures to maintain product quality and manage accurate documentation. You will work in all weather, traffic, and terrain conditions, performing pretrip, enroute, and post-trip inspections while maintaining professional communication with dispatch and customers.

Hiring Process

We arrange and pay to get you to orientation, which is a paid experience. To join our team, you must meet specific safety and experience standards, including having a CDL-A for at least 12 months, being at least 21 years of age, and passing a FMCSA DOT pre-employment drug screen. We look for candidates with no major MVR or CSA violations within the last three years and no DUI/DWI convictions in the past five years.
