About the Role
As an OTR Reefer Driver, you will operate late-model tractors and 53ft trailers carrying 100% no-touch freight. The role is designed for drivers who want to build a career where top-of-the-line equipment and a focus on safety keep you on the road and on track. You will be out for 2-3 weeks at a time, with 30% of your loads involving drop and hook operations.
Drivers benefit from 24/7 Operations & Maintenance Support, including the ability to sit down face-to-face with local leadership and shop support on-site whenever needed.
