You will run over-the-road refrigerated freight, ensuring product quality is maintained by monitoring reefer temperatures and adhering to all FMCSA regulations. This role involves transporting freight across regional and national lanes, performing pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections, and maintaining accurate logs and documentation. You will work with a supportive dispatch team and interact professionally with customers and other drivers in all weather and terrain conditions.
We offer a compensation structure designed for longevity and stability. Drivers receive a $1,400 weekly guarantee with starting rates of 62 CPM on practical miles, with opportunities to easily out-earn this guarantee. We provide $80/day per diem, extended delivery and layover pay, and immediate detention pay of $25/hour on all loads. Additionally, we offer a $750 quarterly safety and performance bonus, breakdown pay, and paid orientation time. Our benefits package includes 8 paid holidays (including your birthday), 56 hours of paid vacation after 80 hours, and a company-paid 50k term life insurance policy.
We provide 2023 and newer Freightliners and Kenworths equipped with APUs, inverters, and refrigerators, along with free SiriusXM in every truck. We arrange and pay for your travel to orientation. Our culture values strong paperwork accuracy, time management, reliability, and the effective use of technology like ELDs and mobile apps.
To apply, you must have a CDL-A with at least 12 months of experience, be at least 21 years old, and have no major MVR or CSA violations within the last 3 years. Candidates must also have no DUI/DWI convictions in the past 5 years and pass a FMCSA DOT pre-employment drug screen.
