About the Role

As an OTR Reefer Driver, you will join a team that values your consistent performance and keeps you on track to hit your goals. This role is designed for drivers who want to build a career with reliable freight and strong support. You will operate late-model tractors and 53ft trailers, handling 100% no-touch freight with 30% drop-and-hook opportunities. The position offers a schedule that typically keeps you out for 2-3 weeks at a time.
