About the Role

We are hiring OTR Flatbed Drivers for a career where you can grow your skills, earn top pay, and still be home on weekends. This role is designed for experienced drivers or those ready to learn; we will train motivated drivers with at least 6 months of recent tractor-trailer experience.

You will be hauling 100% no-touch freight, which requires tarping and securing loads. The position offers a schedule of being out 2-3 weeks at a time. Drivers operate late-model tractors and 53ft trailers equipped with premium cab amenities, including an APU, inverter, fridge, microwave, smart TV, satellite, free Wi-Fi, and CB radio.

At Decker, you have access to 24/7 Operations & Maintenance Support. Drivers can always sit down face-to-face with local leadership and shop support on-site when needed.
