About the Role
We are seeking experienced CDL-A Truck Drivers to join our fleet, offering a competitive compensation package designed to reward performance and reliability. Drivers can expect an average of 2,000+ miles per week with consistent freight and routes. Top performers in the top 20% of our Over-The-Road (OTR) drivers earn up to $1,700 weekly. We offer flexible home time options that allow you to choose a schedule that works for your life.
For those interested in Team Driving, we provide a robust support system. If you do not have a team partner, our Team Match program can help you find the right companion, or you may bring a family member or friend along. Team drivers can earn an average of 5,000 miles per week with starting pay splits ranging from $0.72 to $0.80 CPM. We also offer a sponsorship program to assist in bringing on a teammate.
Equipment and Support
Our fleet features newer equipment, averaging just 18 months old, ensuring reliability on the road. We maintain convenient home-base terminals to support your operations. Drivers receive 24/7 support to assist with any issues that arise during their shifts.
Application and Hiring
Interested candidates must hold a valid Class A License (CDL A) and be at least 21 years old. Applicants must have at least 3 months of verifiable experience. The hiring process includes a DOT physical and drug test; candidates must meet specific safety standards regarding accidents, moving violations, and drug-related convictions within the past 5 to 10 years. - verifiedNo drug related conviction within the past 5 years (or 10 years if offense occurred while holding a CDL)
- verifiedNo positive/refused tests in the past 10 years with CDL-A/CLP
- verifiedSAP drivers are not eligible for hire
