About the Role
We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our team and take advantage of competitive compensation packages. Solo drivers can expect to average over 2,000 miles per week with pay rates ranging from 57 to 64 cents per mile based on experience and location. Top-performing solo drivers in the top 20% of our fleet earn an average of $1,700 weekly.
For those interested in team driving, we offer a robust partnership opportunity. Team drivers can split a $5,000 sign-on bonus and earn starting pay between $0.72 and $0.80 CPM, averaging 5,000 miles per week. If you do not currently have a team partner, our Team Match program is available to help you find the right fit, or you may bring a family member or friend along. We also offer a sponsorship program to assist new teams.

Hiring Process & Qualifications
To apply, candidates must possess a valid Class A CDL and be at least 21 years old with a minimum of three months of verifiable experience. We require a clean driving record, specifically no more than one preventable accident in the last two years, no major preventable accidents in the last five years, and no more than two moving violations in the last two years. Drivers must have no DUI/DWI offenses within the past five years (or ten years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL).
All applicants must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test. We maintain strict safety standards, disqualifying candidates with drug-related convictions in the past five years (or ten years if holding a CDL) or any positive/refused tests in the past ten years. SAP drivers are not eligible for hire. Bonus payouts are subject to specific qualifications; please contact a recruiter for details.
