About the Role
We are seeking Over-The-Road (OTR) CDL-A drivers to join our reefer division. This role offers the opportunity to drive high-quality new tractors and trailers on great miles, specifically avoiding the East Coast and New York City traffic zones. Drivers will benefit from a supportive team environment where pet and passenger-friendly policies are in place.
Compensation and Perks
Our updated pay package, effective February 27, 2026, features a starting rate of 65 cents per mile with automatic longevity raises. In addition to base pay, drivers receive a $80 per diem, paid unloading, layover and detention pay, and drop and pickup pay. We also offer a fully paid orientation.
Our comprehensive benefits package includes health and dental insurance, a $10,000 life insurance policy fully paid by the company, and a 401K plan with a 25% match.
Hiring Process
