About the Role
We are seeking dedicated CDL-A drivers to join our team on a dedicated route with a commitment to home weekly. This position offers a stable schedule where you can focus on 100% touch freight, ensuring you have full control over your load from start to finish. Drivers are compensated for every aspect of the job, including offers for unload, stop, and backhaul pay, providing a comprehensive earning structure.
Compensation & Perks
Top earners in this role average $2,200 per week, with the average driver earning over $1,900 weekly. We offer a $2,000 sign-on bonus to new hires who meet qualification standards. Additionally, drivers receive paid vacation after one year of service, paid orientation upon completion, and access to tuition reimbursement. Our fleet consists of newer equipment, averaging just 18 months old, ensuring reliability and comfort on the road.
