About the Role
We are seeking dedicated CDL-A drivers to join our team on a home-weekly schedule. This position offers 100% touch freight with opportunities for unload, stop, and backhaul pay. Drivers operate newer equipment, averaging 18 months in age, and benefit from convenient home-base terminals.
Compensation & Benefits
Drivers can expect an average weekly pay of $1,900+, with top earners averaging $2,200 per week. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is available for qualified candidates. Trip pay is calculated based on dispatched miles, ranging from $0.70 to $0.80 cpm depending on the route and experience level.
We provide a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance with prescription benefits for employees and dependents. Additional perks include a 401(k) match, stock purchase plan, and tuition reimbursement. We also offer paid vacation after one year, paid orientation, and pet insurance. Support is available 24/7, and we provide basic and supplemental life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance, accident insurance, hospital indemnity, and critical illness coverage.
Hiring Process
Qualified candidates must possess a Class A License (CDL A), be at least 21 years old, and have 3 months of verifiable experience. The hiring process includes a paid orientation upon completion and hiring. All applicants must pass a DOT physical and drug test. Please note that SAP drivers are not eligible for hire, and bonus payouts are subject to specific qualifications; please ask a recruiter for details.
