About the Role

Join our dedicated truck driving team to deliver freight with a focus on consistency and reliability. As a CDL-A Dedicated Truck Driver, you will operate newer equipment (averaging 18 months old) on a home-weekly schedule. This role offers 100% touch freight, ensuring you maintain control over your load from start to finish. The position is designed for drivers who value predictable routes and the opportunity to earn top-tier compensation, with top earners averaging $2,200 per week.

Compensation & Perks

Drivers can expect an average weekly pay of $1,900+, with a $2,000 sign-on bonus available upon meeting qualifications. In addition to base trip pay calculated between $0.70 and $0.80 per mile, the role offers additional earnings through unload, stop, and backhaul pay. We provide comprehensive support including 24/7 driver assistance, paid orientation, and a tuition reimbursement program. Hiring Process

Interested candidates must possess a valid Class A CDL and be at least 21 years old with a minimum of 3 months of verifiable experience. The hiring process includes a paid orientation session, followed by a DOT physical and drug test. Candidates must meet specific safety standards, including no more than one preventable accident in the last two years and no DUI/DWI convictions within the past 5 to 10 years, depending on CDL status.
