The Role
We are seeking Over-The-Road (OTR) CDL-A drivers to join our reefer division. This role focuses on hauling high-value refrigerated freight across the country, specifically avoiding the East Coast and New York City to ensure consistent, high-mileage routes. Drivers will operate new tractors and trailers, ensuring a comfortable and reliable ride on every trip.
Compensation and Perks
Our updated pay package, effective February 27, 2026, offers a starting rate of 65 cents per mile with automatic longevity raises. In addition to base pay, drivers earn a $80 per diem, paid unloading, layover and detention pay, and drop and pickup pay. We also provide paid orientation to get you started.
Beyond earnings, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including health and dental insurance, a $10,000 life insurance policy fully paid by the company, and a 401(k) plan with a 25% match. Our fleet is pet and passenger-friendly, allowing you to bring your family along on the road.
