About the Role
We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our fleet as either Solo OTR or Team Drivers. Our mission is to provide a balanced lifestyle that combines strong earning potential with predictable home time. Whether you are looking to run 28 days out and get 5 days home, or partner with a family member or friend, we offer the consistency and support you need on the road.
Solo drivers can expect an average of 2,000+ miles per week with 100% no-touch freight and a consistent, planned schedule. Top performers in our OTR fleet earn over $1,750 weekly. For those interested in team driving, we offer a competitive split starting pay and a Team Match program to help you find the right partner if you don't have one yet. We also support sponsorship programs for bringing family or friends onto the road.
Our Equipment and Support
We invest in our drivers by providing newer equipment averaging 18 months old. Our network includes convenient home-base terminals, and our 24/7 driver support team is always available to assist you. We offer paid orientation to ensure you are set up for success from day one.
Hiring Process
Interested candidates must meet specific qualification standards, including holding a valid Class A License (CDL A) and being at least 21 years old. Applicants must have at least 3 months of verifiable experience and pass a DOT physical and drug test. We review driving records to ensure no more than one preventable accident in the last two years and no major preventable accidents in the last five years. Additionally, candidates must have no DUI/DWI within the past 5 years (or 10 years if holding a CDL) and no drug-related convictions within the same timeframe. SAP drivers are not eligible for hire.
