About the Role
We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our fleet, offering a competitive compensation package designed to reward performance and reliability. Solo drivers can expect an average of 2,000+ miles per week with pay rates ranging from 57 to 64 cents per mile based on experience and location. Top-performing drivers in the top 20% of our OTR team earn approximately $1,700 weekly.
For those interested in team driving, we offer a robust partnership opportunity. Team drivers can earn between $0.72 and $0.80 CPM split, averaging 5,000 miles per week, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus to be split between partners. If you do not currently have a team partner, our Team Match program is available to help you find the right fit, or you may bring a family member or friend along. We also offer a sponsorship program to assist new teams.
Our fleet features newer equipment, averaging 18 months old, ensuring a comfortable and reliable ride. We maintain convenient home-base terminals and provide consistent miles and freight to keep you on the road earning.
Hiring Process
Interested candidates must meet specific safety and experience qualifications, including a valid Class A CDL, a minimum of 3 months of verifiable experience, and adherence to strict safety records regarding accidents and moving violations. All applicants must successfully pass a DOT physical and drug test. Specific details regarding bonus payouts and eligibility are available directly from our recruiting team.
