About the Role

We are seeking Over-the-Road (OTR) CDL-A drivers to join our reefer team. This role is designed for drivers who value consistent, high-quality miles without the congestion of the East Coast or New York City. You will operate new tractors and trailers, ensuring a comfortable and reliable ride on every trip.

The position offers a competitive compensation package effective February 27, 2026, featuring a starting pay of 65 cents per mile with automatic longevity raises. Drivers also benefit from a $80 per diem, paid unloading, layover and detention pay, and drop and pickup pay. We provide a supportive environment that is pet and passenger friendly, allowing you to bring your family along on the road.

Hiring Process
