About the Role

We are seeking Over-The-Road (OTR) CDL-A drivers to join our team. This role focuses on efficient long-haul transportation with a commitment to avoiding the East Coast and New York City to ensure consistent, high-quality miles. Drivers will benefit from a supportive culture that values flexibility, including flexible home time options.

Compensation and Perks

Effective February 27, 2026, we have updated our pay package for incoming drivers. New hires will start at 65 cents per mile (CPM) with automatic longevity raises. In addition to base pay, drivers receive a $80 per diem, paid unloading, layover and detention pay, and drop and pickup pay. Orientation is also fully paid.

Our comprehensive benefits package includes health and dental insurance, a $10,000 life insurance policy paid for by the company, and a 401K plan with a 25% match.

Hiring Process
