About the Role

We are seeking Over-the-Road (OTR) CDL-A drivers to join our reefer team. This role is designed for drivers who value consistent home time and a supportive work environment. As a Morehouse driver, you will operate new tractors and trailers, ensuring a comfortable and safe ride on every trip. The position offers a competitive pay package starting at 65 cents per mile, with automatic longevity raises to reward your tenure. Drivers also benefit from a $80 per diem, paid unloading, layover and detention pay, and drop and pickup pay.

Hiring Process

To apply, candidates must be at least 23 years of age with two years of verifiable experience and a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
