About the Role
We are seeking experienced CDL-A OTR Company Drivers to join our team hauling Landoll, Stepdeck, Flatbed, and Dry Van loads. This role is designed for drivers who thrive on the road and want to maximize their earnings through high-mileage runs. Drivers can expect to run at least 2,500 miles per week, with a pay structure designed to reward volume and safety.
The position offers flexibility in your schedule, allowing drivers to choose between being home on weekends or running for 2-3 weeks at a time. Midwest Companies provides all necessary equipment and ensures that in-house maintenance is available for both trucks and trailers, allowing you to focus on the drive.
Hiring Process
To apply for this position, candidates must possess a valid CDL-A license and a current DOT physical. The selection process includes a drug screen and verification of at least two years of CDL-A driving experience. Successful candidates will also complete any required safety certifications prior to starting.
