As an independent contractor, you will have full access to a load board, allowing you to choose your own loads and maintain complete control over your schedule. The role is ideal for those seeking a competitive weekly pay structure, consistent payroll, and the opportunity to earn up to 73% of revenue plus 100% of the fuel surcharge.
Lease Purchase Program
For drivers looking to transition into ownership, CRST offers a flexible lease purchase program with $0 money down and no credit check required. The program includes a walk-away lease for added flexibility, late-model Freightliner Cascadia trucks, and a bumper-to-bumper maintenance program. New lessees also benefit from no truck payments for the first three weeks of their lease.
Requirements & Eligibility
Applicants must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid CDL-A license with a minimum of 12 months of CDL-A truck driving experience. Securement training programs are available to ensure safety and compliance.
