The Role
We are seeking Over-The-Road (OTR) CDL-A drivers to join our reefer fleet. This role offers the opportunity to drive high-quality new tractors and trailers on great miles, specifically avoiding the East Coast and New York City traffic. As a driver with Morehouse, you will benefit from a supportive team that values your time and safety.
Compensation and Perks
Our updated pay package, effective February 27, 2026, offers a starting rate of 65 cents per mile (CPM) with automatic longevity raises. Drivers also receive a $80 per diem, paid unloading, layover and detention pay, and drop and pickup pay. We provide full benefits including health and dental insurance, a $10,000 life insurance policy paid for by the company, and a 401K plan with a 25% match. Our fleet is pet and passenger friendly, and we offer flexible home time.
