About the Role
Decker is hiring Regional Reefer Drivers with a focus on productivity rather than seniority. In this role, your hard work and availability—not your tenure—determine your success. The position offers the opportunity to maximize miles and earnings through 100% no-touch freight and a 30% drop-and-hook operation. Drivers operate late-model tractors and 53ft trailers equipped with modern cab amenities including APU, inverter, fridge, microwave, smart TV, satellite, free Wi-Fi, and CB radio.
