As an Auto Claims Specialist, you will reassure customers and offer solutions with empathy and care when they need us the most. You will guide policyholders through their coverage and the steps to get back on the road safely. This role is designed to drive customer satisfaction through meaningful interactions and resolve concerns to ensure a positive experience.
You will manage incoming calls, collect accident facts, investigate claim details, and collect statements from involved parties. This position is based at our Poway, CA office (14111 Danielson St). The schedule includes 100% in-office training for 6-9 months. Following training, the work model shifts to 4 days a week in the office and 1 day a week from home. You must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays to support our customers.
