About the Role

As an Auto Claims Specialist, you will reassure customers and offer solutions with empathy and care when they need us the most. You will guide policyholders through their coverage and the steps to get back on the road safely. This role is designed for individuals who want to drive customer satisfaction through meaningful interactions and resolve concerns to ensure a positive experience.

This is an in-office position located at 2 Huntington Quadrangle, Melville, NY 11747. The role involves managing incoming calls, collecting accident facts, investigating claim details, and collecting statements from involved parties. While the position requires complete in-office training, there is an opportunity to work 80% on-site and 20% off-site after training, with additional flexibility through the GEICO Flex program.
