The Route Coverage Specialist is a key service professional integral to the success of our operations. This dynamic, fast-paced role exists to ensure our valued customers experience seamless service even when regular Route Service Representatives are unavailable. You will step in to cover delivery routes, providing exceptional service by leveraging training on multiple routes to handle varying customer needs. This position is perfect for someone proactive and agile who enjoys variety, as every day brings new routes and experiences.

In this role, you will work independently while remaining part of a supportive team. You will navigate different routes, weather conditions, and schedules, collaborating with Service, Production, Sales, and Office Departments to support new account installations, assist with rerouting efforts, and strengthen customer relationships. You will also have the opportunity to upsell and share customer feedback with leadership to maintain our reputation for excellence.
