About the Role
As the Claims Manager for General Liability and Non-Litigation, you will lead and oversee non-litigated General Liability claims operations for a large national client. This role is designed to drive technical consistency, support claim quality initiatives, and ensure high-quality outcomes for both claims and the client. You will manage operational leadership teams and hold direct responsibility for a team of 25-49 colleagues.
Your day will involve overseeing the full non-litigated GL claim inventory and operational performance, monitoring key metrics such as closure rates, cycle time, and customer service outcomes. You will provide leadership to Non-Litigation Team Leaders, supporting their work in claim inventory management and examiner performance. Beyond daily operations, you will partner with litigation and executive leadership to manage escalations and transition claims into litigation when appropriate, while also fostering a collaborative, accountable, and client-focused culture across the teams.

Requirements
