This position serves as a strategic leader for the non-litigated General Liability claims operations for a Large National Client. You will oversee operational leadership teams, driving technical consistency and supporting claim quality initiatives to ensure high-quality outcomes for both claims and the client.
In this role, you will manage a team of 25-49 colleagues, providing direct supervision to Non-Litigation Team Leaders and indirect oversight for examiner teams. Your day-to-day involves maintaining oversight of the full non-litigated GL claim inventory, monitoring operational metrics such as closure rates and cycle time, and ensuring compliance with client handling instructions and corporate standards. You will partner with client-facing leadership to align operational execution with client expectations, participate in stewardship discussions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the program.
