About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Civil/Site Design Engineer to join our team in Minneapolis. This is a highly rewarding opportunity for a professional looking to lead diverse projects ranging from renewable energy sites and food processing facilities to academic campuses and municipal infrastructure.
In this hybrid role, you will spend three days in the office and two days working remotely. You will lead project teams, work directly with clients, and mentor junior staff. The position also involves assisting with business development and providing leadership on Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QAQC) reviews for civil projects. Success in this role may require limited overnight travel.

Requirements

Nice to Have
Prior management or site design experience for private commercial/industrial developers and/or renewable energy (solar/wind) infrastructures and facilities.
