As a Structural Engineering Leader, you will provide supervision and technical direction for a team of engineers, ensuring the timely delivery of civil and structural services within performance budgets and quality expectations. Based in our Pasadena, TX office, this role operates with minimal supervision and serves as a technical specialist for complex engineering assignments.
You will be responsible for validating professional services and construction estimates, developing conceptual layouts, and establishing design criteria that meet applicable state, local, and federal standards. A key part of your day involves planning and organizing team work, delegating tasks based on technical skills, and consulting with design leaders from other disciplines to ensure efficient progress. You will also play a vital role in the professional development of your staff by participating in the planning of training programs and continuous education opportunities.
