About the Role

Join our energetic and dynamic team as a Civil Site Designer II. We are looking for a motivated, ambitious self-starter who is willing to take initiative and grow professionally within our vibrant, growing Wilmington office. In this role, you will collaborate in a team atmosphere to produce top-quality work and serve as a trusted advisor to our clients.

You will work on an interesting portfolio of diverse land and site development projects. As a Designer II, you will utilize your existing skills to gain new ones, working alongside Project Managers to produce engineering models, analysis, designs, and supporting calculations. Your responsibilities will include coordinating and producing the drafting of project elements for various clients, helping to create fully coordinated sets of project documents, and assisting with inspections at project construction locations.
