About the Role
We are seeking a talented Civil Project Manager to join our Rochester, NY office. This role offers tremendous management and growth opportunities, focusing on aviation-focused planning and site development projects. You will oversee all aspects of airfield development, including aviation civil design, master planning, and the development of 5-year capital improvement plans. While experience with municipal and institutional clients is advantageous, the core mission is to lead complex projects from concept through construction.
