We are seeking a Civil Foreman for a project in Clayton, NC. In this role, you will direct the activities of assigned Concrete Masons, helpers, and apprentices, interpreting specifications, blueprints, and job orders to ensure project alignment. You will establish and adjust work sequences to meet construction schedules, utilizing your knowledge of equipment capacities and personnel. The position involves overseeing sub-grade work, concrete mixing, and form setting, while analyzing and resolving work problems to maintain efficiency.

Safety and compliance are paramount. You will interpret company policies, enforce safety regulations, and perform frequent safety inspections of the work area, equipment, tools, and employees. This includes detecting and responding to dangerous conditions in accordance with government regulations, customer requirements, and SIC’s safety program. The role requires significant travel and regular attendance, with candidates expected to operate all involved equipment and tools safely.
