Key Responsibilities
- check_circleAssist the Director with marketing and client development for the Division
- check_circleIdentify design criteria and oversee efficient design and plan preparation
- check_circleSolve design problems using engineering calculations and design standards
- check_circleEstablish project controls to ensure accuracy and quality in plans
- check_circleSpearhead plan processing at public agencies
- check_circleManage project staff including design engineers and CAD operators
- check_circleMentor junior design staff in basic engineering procedures and techniques
- check_circleInterface with clients to develop proposals, negotiate scopes, and manage billing
Requirements
