As a Project Manager, you will own projects from start to finish with significant autonomy and support. This multifaceted role blends design, team leadership, and client collaboration, offering you the chance to shape the future of land development while mentoring engineers and growing with a collaborative team.
Role at a Glance
You will lead a talented team in bringing our clients' visions to life. This position requires a unique blend of technical mastery in Civil 3D and AutoCAD, alongside strong leadership abilities to manage project staff, design engineers, and CAD operators. You will interface daily with clients to develop proposals, negotiate scopes, and ensure timely billing, while also spearheading plan processing at public agencies. Your work will directly impact the accuracy, quality, and profitability of our projects.
