About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineering Project Manager to support Oil & Gas projects within our Civil Services team throughout the Carolinas. This role is designed for professionals with a background in the energy market who thrive with a high degree of independence and trust. You will manage the design and permitting of pipeline and distribution projects, taking initiative to anticipate challenges rather than waiting for direction.

In this position, you will lead cross-functional teams responsible for the design and permitting of natural gas transmission and distribution projects. Your day-to-day involves directing environmental, natural resource, and cultural resource evaluations, overseeing the full project lifecycle from safety and risk management to budgeting, and managing the development of complex permit packages. You will also collaborate with leadership to pursue new project opportunities and broaden our presence within the client community.

We are open to hiring in several offices across North and South Carolina, including Charlotte, Asheville, Raleigh, Wilmington, Greensboro, Columbia, Charleston, Florence, Greenville-Spartanburg, and Myrtle Beach. This is a unique opportunity to work on projects in the Energy Market right here in the Carolinas.
