We are seeking highly motivated professionals to join our team in various capacities, including Civil Engineers, Project Engineers, Project Managers, Resident Engineers, Construction Inspectors, CAD Technicians, and a Civil Engineering Department Manager. These positions offer excellent career advancement opportunities within a collaborative environment.
Our Hydraulic Engineers will serve on municipal, state, and federally funded infrastructure projects, overseeing all technical aspects of design. This role often extends to project management, client management, mentoring junior engineers, and supporting Project Engineers and Managers.
For our construction administration team, we are providing inspection services for several state and federally funded bridge and roadway projects, as well as water and sewer projects beginning in 2026. Whether you are a Resident Engineer, Chief Inspector, or Inspector, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and success of these vital infrastructure initiatives.

CT P.E. license. Experience with HECRAS, HYDROCAD, TR20, TR55, SWMM, HY8, STORMCAD, AutoCAD Civil3D, and/or Bentley Micro Station. Connecticut DOT experience for roadway and bridge projects. NETTCP HMA Certification for Roadway Projects.
