About the Role
We are seeking a Civil Design Engineer to join our team in Nashville, TN, or Bowling Green, KY. This role is designed for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy collaborating with diverse project teams. You will work on a variety of projects that foster creativity, collaboration, and professional growth, with a culture that empowers staff to practice their profession passionately and without limitations.
As a member of our "sell/manage/do" organization, you will not only lead engineering design efforts but also engage in proposal support, project management, and direct client involvement. Your day-to-day will involve problem-solving across multi-disciplinary teams, coordinating design and construction meetings, and managing the detailed phases of design work.
