The Role

We are seeking a Civil Engineer in Training to join our team in Arizona. Under general supervision, you will perform assignments of limited scope that require the application of standard techniques and procedures. This role is designed for someone ready to move beyond entry-level tasks, tackling unusual or difficult problems that demand specialized job knowledge.

In this position, you will be an integral part of the design process, preparing plan details, identifying material quantities, and performing cost estimates for specific project segments. You will assist in drafting technical specifications, evaluating vendor bids for compliance, and reviewing design drawings within defined limits. Your day-to-day may also involve preparing technical reports, collecting field data through tests and measurements, and providing support to proposal teams.
