About the Role
The Childcare Director in Training is a pivotal leadership role designed to shape the future of early childhood education. This position is not just about managing a facility; it is about making a tangible impact on the lives of children and families. In this role, you will partner with a training director to oversee the daily operations of our childcare schools. Your day will involve ensuring compliance with state licensing and company policies, managing administrative and logistical functions, and performing impactful tours for prospective families. You will nurture positive relationships with families, teachers, and the community, while supporting staff in implementing curriculum that sparks curiosity and growth. Whether you are working in the classroom to assist staff or managing the facility's financial and operational needs, you will be at the center of a mission-driven environment.
