The Childcare Director in Training is a pivotal leadership role designed to prepare you for the next 50 years of our legacy. Working in conjunction with a training director, you will help oversee the daily operations of our childcare schools, ensuring we meet state licensing requirements and company policies across administrative, operational, financial, and logistical functions.
This role is about partnership. You will nurture positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing representatives, and the community. Your day will involve performing administrative duties, giving impactful tours to families, maintaining records, and supporting teachers in implementing our curriculum to create developmentally appropriate classrooms that spark curiosity and growth. You will also work in the classroom when needed to assist and support staff, ensuring everything runs smoothly for the children we serve.
