About the Role

The Chief of Staff to Axon's COO/CFO is a high-output role that sits at the center of both the company's financial strategy and global operations. This scope necessitates sound judgment, strategic planning, and the ability to move fast without losing detail. In this role, you will manage a high volume of competing priorities with precision, working directly with the COO/CFO to translate information into insights, advise on action, and translate complex financial and operational context into clear direction for the teams you work with.

This is a role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, has operated in demanding environments, and knows how to bring structure to complexity. You will serve as a strategic thought partner, a force multiplier across the C-suite, and a natural collaborator with strong executive presence.

Location and Work Model

This role is based out of our San Francisco, CA office located in Presidio and follows a hybrid schedule. We rely on in-person collaboration and ask that team members work onsite Tuesdays through Fridays, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays, unless there is an approved workplace accommodation.
