About the Role

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) serves as a strategic partner to the CEO, Board, and Executive Team, driving the organization's growth and customer satisfaction through robust financial planning and administration. This role is pivotal in overseeing the organization's financial health, risk management, and operational efficiency, ensuring alignment with the strategic goals of the Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation.

As a key member of the leadership team, the CFO will manage the accounting, risk, budget preparation, and audit functions while fostering cross-collaboration across divisions. The position requires a leader who can navigate complex regulatory landscapes, manage investment portfolios, and serve as the primary liaison with external auditors, regulators, and examiners. Requirements

verifiedExperience with Construction Accounting (Cost vs. Billings, WIP, etc.)
