About the Role
As Chief Engineer at Marriott, you will lead all hotel engineering, maintenance, and asset management operations to ensure a safe, efficient, and guest-ready property. This role is pivotal in protecting assets, minimizing downtime, and elevating the guest experience in line with Marriott's people-first, service-oriented culture.
You will oversee building systems, preventative maintenance, and capital projects while managing a multidisciplinary engineering team, contractors, and vendors. Partnering closely with Operations and Leadership, you will drive compliance with safety, environmental, and brand standards while optimizing energy use and equipment performance. Your leadership ensures that every aspect of the facility supports the seamless delivery of hospitality services.

Requirements
