About the Role
The Chief Development Officer serves as the strategic leader for all fundraising operations at the USA Hockey Foundation. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, this executive-level position is responsible for driving revenue growth and ensuring the long-term financial sustainability of the Foundation's mission.
In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Foundation, including staff management and the execution of a comprehensive strategic fundraising plan designed to meet ambitious revenue goals. You will act as the primary steward for a portfolio of top donors and prospects, cultivating deep relationships through personalized engagement, strategic visits, and sophisticated moves management. The Chief Development Officer will coordinate the efforts of senior staff and volunteer leaders to ensure a unified approach to donor cultivation and stewardship.
