About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Unarmed Retail Security Officer to join our team in Highland, CA. In this role, you will act as a highly visible crime deterrent while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at all times. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a safe, secure environment for our clients.
Your day-to-day duties include monitoring for irregularities, suspicious activities, and safety hazards, promptly notifying supervisors and on-site staff of any issues. You will conduct standardized reports that are accurate and professional, documenting daily surveillance activities and important occurrences. Additionally, you may be required to remove wrongdoers or trespassers from the area as necessary.
